How to request deletion
- Email support@wealthland.biz.
- Use the subject line Delete My WealthLand Data.
- Include the email address and, if relevant, phone number you previously provided to WealthLand. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or identity documents unless we specifically explain why verification is necessary.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, use proportionate steps to verify that it relates to you, and delete or anonymise the relevant personal information from active WealthLand records within the period required by applicable law. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or maintain evidence of consent withdrawal and the deletion request. Information retained for these reasons will not be used for ordinary marketing follow-up.
Stopping future messages
You may also withdraw consent without deleting the complete record. Reply STOP to a WhatsApp message, use any unsubscribe option provided, or email support@wealthland.biz and ask us to stop future contact. WhatsApp opt-out requests are applied immediately to WealthLand's follow-up records.
