1. Who we are
WealthLand is a real-estate research and property-education business operated by Imran Hussain Ansari in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. It does not sell securities, loans, insurance, cryptocurrency or other financial products, and it does not promise property appreciation or investment returns. This policy applies when you use wealthland.biz, complete the Property Decision Readiness Score, request a consultation, communicate with WealthLand by email or WhatsApp, or otherwise ask us to provide information or follow-up.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with WealthLand, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and optional phone number.
- Your answers to the Property Decision Readiness Score and the resulting score or readiness band.
- Your consent choices and records of when a request was submitted.
- Messages, replies and consultation-booking information you choose to provide through email, WhatsApp or Google Calendar.
- Basic technical and security information required to operate and protect the website, such as request logs and device or browser information made available by our hosting services.
We do not ask for banking passwords, card PINs, government account passwords or social-media passwords through the website.
3. How we use information
We use information to calculate and deliver your requested result, respond to enquiries, assess whether a consultation may be useful, arrange consultations, send follow-up you have requested or consented to receive, maintain lead records, protect the service, comply with law and improve the WealthLand experience.
4. Legal basis and consent
Email delivery and optional WhatsApp communication use separate consent choices. WhatsApp permission is optional, unchecked by default and records the consent wording, source and time. When selected, it covers the requested Score, consultation information and up to two relevant reminders. You may withdraw WhatsApp consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing support@wealthland.biz. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
5. Service providers
We may use carefully selected providers to operate the service, including website hosting and database infrastructure, Google Workspace and Google Calendar for email and booking, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform when WhatsApp communication is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, for legitimate business records, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by WealthLand, or withdraw communication consent. To request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you.
8. Children
WealthLand is intended for adults considering significant property decisions. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
