By using wealthland.biz or requesting a WealthLand service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What WealthLand provides
WealthLand provides real-estate research, property education and decision-readiness support. The Property Decision Readiness Score is an educational assessment based on the answers you provide. It is not financial advice, a credit score, property valuation, investment rating or prediction of returns.
3. No professional or investment advice
Website content and communications are general information and education. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, engineering or regulatory advice, and they do not replace independent professional review. WealthLand does not guarantee appreciation, rental income, liquidity, project completion or any other property outcome.
4. Your decisions
You remain responsible for your decisions, due diligence and professional advice. Before committing capital, independently verify title, approvals, RERA information where applicable, contracts, taxation, financing, construction and other material facts.
5. Accurate information and permitted use
You agree to provide information you are authorised to provide and not to misuse, disrupt, copy, scrape or attempt unauthorised access to the website, assessment, databases or communications. You may use the service only for lawful personal or business purposes.
6. Communications
Email delivery and WhatsApp communication require their respective consent choices. WhatsApp permission is optional and covers the requested Score, consultation information and up to two relevant reminders. Business-initiated WhatsApp messages will use approved templates where required. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting support@wealthland.biz. Service and booking communications may still be sent when necessary to fulfil a request you made through another permitted channel.
7. Third-party services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Workspace, WhatsApp or external information sources. Their availability, security and terms are controlled by their respective providers.
